On Saturday, 18 April 2020, the BMS will celebrate the 94th birthday of Her Majesty, the Queen, by hosting an annual celebration tea in Her Majesty’s honour. Taking place in the magnificent and historic “River Room” overlooking the Thames, the Royal Horseguards Hotel will play host to this annual members gathering.
In celebration of Her Majesty’s birthday, Sgt. Rupert Frere, Army Photographer, will be the guest speaker at this special event. Sgt. Frere will speak about the responsibilities of an Army photographer, what it means to serve and capture some of the Army’s most famous event. He will further present those gathered will a sampling of his most famous photographs of Her Majesty, members of the Royal family, and the most well-known and famous events we have come to love and cherish.
Complete with a tiered selection of delectable delights, paired with a choice of fabulous teas, and a glass of champagne, this event is one of the most popular gatherings hosted by the British Monarchists Society.
